Bovine serum albumin detection by using molecularly imprinted surface plasmon resonance sensors

چکیده

Molecular imprinted polymers (MIP) have key-lock pattern binding properties specific to the size and shape of target molecules. In this study, we prepared detection platforms based on a molecularly surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor that can detect bovine serum albumin (BSA) sensitively, selectively, quickly, in real time. The polymeric film SPR by molecular imprinting method was obtained selecting N-methacryloyl-(L)-glutamic acid molecule as suitable functional monomer using ultraviolet polymerization. Three different methods, such epitope, bulk, were used examine efficiency. Real-time measurements performed with BSA provide linearity concentration range from 0.10 7.50 nM indicate limit value 0.015 nM. Furthermore, selectivity experiments, where transferrin hemoglobin chosen competitor agents. Overall, epitope approach has been found be highly selective sensitive for albumin. To statistically assess reusability sensor, intraday experiments tested three times five replicates. RSD% less than

A Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensor for the Detection of Deoxynivalenol Using a Molecularly Imprinted Polymer

The aim of the present work was to investigate the feasibility of applying the molecular imprinting polymer technique to the detection of the mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) using a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) transducer. A molecularly imprinted polypyrrole (MIPPy) film was prepared via electropolymerization of pyrrole onto a bare Au chip in the presence of a template DON molecule. Atomic fo...

Glucose detection with surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy and molecularly imprinted hydrogel coatings.

Molecularly imprinted hydrogel membranes were developed and evaluated for detection of small analytes via surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy. Imprinting of glucose phosphate barium salt into a poly(allylamine hydrochloride) network covalently bound to gold surfaces yielded a selective sensor for glucose. Optimization of relative amounts of chemicals used for preparation of the hydrogel was ...

Towards Phosphate Detection in Hydroponics Using Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Sensors

An interdigitated electrode sensor was designed and microfabricated for measuring the changes in the capacitance of three phosphate selective molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) formulations, in order to provide hydroponics users with a portable nutrient sensing tool. The MIPs investigated were synthesised using different combinations of the functional monomers methacrylic acid (MAA) and N-ally...

Microcontact imprinted surface plasmon resonance sensor for myoglobin detection.

In this study, we prepared surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor using the molecular imprinting technique for myoglobin detection in human serum. For this purpose, we synthesized myoglobin imprinted poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate-N-methacryloyl-l-tryptophan methyl ester) [poly(HEMA-MATrp)] nanofilm on the surface of SPR sensor. We also synthesized non-imprinted poly(HEMA-MATrp) nanofilm withou...
